Nightwing Sketch

Here is the sketch that I promised! The theme for this week was "batman" but as I was trying to sketch and come up with a good way to draw Batman, I realized that I could not draw him right and therefore, not do Batman justice (ha ha see what I did there). So instead I am drawing Nightwing a.k.a. the first Robin but grown up!

Faerie

Sorry this is super late guys! I was so busy earlier this week @.@! So now that I have some spare time, I finally uploaded last week's weekly illustration. The theme as you can guess is "faerie". Not too happy how this turned out but I was just happy that it turned out decent despite some anatomy errors that just make me cringe a bit. Oh well.

I am going to upload a sketch of this week's illustration next as a peace offering instead of making you guys basically wait till the end of the week haha.

Trading Card

This was my "Midterm" for Digital Foundations-to make a trading card for one of my illustrations. We could choose between our yeti, mermaid, or space girl illustrations and I chose my Space Princess. :) I am happy with how this turned out despite me not knowing a lot on how trading cards work exactly haha.

There is an extra credit assignment due next week and I think I will do it anyway since I finished this early. I am not going to tell you what the theme is . . . it is going to be a surprise!

Space Girl

Or Space Princess but who cares, it is late. So I will make this quick. :)

So I finally finished it! A little late but still on time. I will post up the video process of this drawing soon! (Probably later this week!)

Funny Logo Design

Created this for my Digital Foundations Class. We had to design a logo and demonstrate our ability to use typography in Photoshop. My professor preferred our logos to be funny but in the end it did not matter. I was having a difficult time coming up with something funny for a company logo and I saw the word "tan" and immediately thought of a tan marathon and thus became TANALON. Well, I think this is genius (and hilarious) but that just may be me. I think my sense of humor comes from my dad. ;)

The next post will be up on Friday! The theme this week is "Space Girl"! I am PUMPED for this one! Along with the finished illustration, I will be posting up video(s) of me drawing/inking/coloring it all out. :D

Till then!
