So in my Animation 2 class we had to choose/design a character that we would animate with throughout the course of the semester. And the "theme" of the types of characteristics that our characters could have was medieval/fantasy and there were a list of characteristics that we were able to choose from (like "orphan gang leader", "delinquent ogre", and "confused barmaid" etc). So I chose "eccentric herb gatherer" - which I am very happy and excited about!
So without further ado - here are my 5 concept art sketches:
Then after presenting these in front of the class/my professor I decided on the last one (the old man) but it was a close tie with the 4th one (the chubby girl lol)! I'm very happy with my choice and am super pumped to animate him this semester! :D I'll be posting a turn-around of him in the next post!
